Healthy Lunchboxes

Your Healthy lunchbox tip for this week - How to pack more veg into your lunchbox!

Sushi

FUN Sushi Rolls - Why not give it a go and try them in the lunchbox

Sushi may seem fiddly at first, but it’s not! Just think of it as wraps made with rice that let you mix and match ingredients.

Tips:

👪Get the kids involved to select their own filling or make their own rolls.

🍚Use leftover rice.

🍣Lint free large hand towels or chux can be used instead of a sushi mat.
