The Little Mermaid

Rehearsals are in full swing for Killester College’s musical production,  Disney’s, “The Little Mermaid”.  Directed by Jenna Cronin and with a cast of fifty students from Year 7 to 12, this musical promises to be a wonderful celebration of life “under the sea” as well as a moving tale of love as Ariel longs to be “part of that world” on land.

We also have an amazing crew working on set construction and Thursday nights are an amazing hive of activity as students and staff work together to create a musical masterpiece.  This year we are returning to the refurbished Alexander Theatre at Monash and the cast and crew are incredibly excited about this wonderful opportunity.  Opening night is Thursday 7th September at 7.00 pm

“The Little Mermaid” is very popular with people of all ages.  We hope to have a sell-out season but we need the support of our Alumni. Opening night Is Thursday 7th September at 7.00 pm, with performances also on Friday 8th at 7.00 pm, matinee on Saturday 9th at 2.00 pm and our final performance on Saturday 9th at 7.00 pm.

Tickets will be available through the Alexander Theatre Box Office in Term 3.  Keep an eye out on our social media sites for the ticket release date.  In the meantime, enjoy a sneak preview of the hard work occurring behind the scenes….
