Junior School Council

Our Junior School Council students have been hard at work organising a fundraiser for Term Two. After weeks of brainstorming and discussion we finally came to a conclusion. 

We will be holding a Book Drive! 

Thats right, we are asking families to donate old unwanted books to populate our classroom libraries. We are asking for fiction and Non-fiction books, preferably still in good quality. 

Students will be setting up a 'Drop Off Stall' out the front of the Gym on Thursday's and Fridays at lunch time. This is a chance for students to bring unwanted books to the stall, to be donated to new classrooms teachers. 

We will run the Book Drive for a few weeks, then we will distribute the books to our teachers. The donation of books will really help improve our schools literacy program, and our students are beyond excited to start collecting!
