This term in Physical Education we have been incredibly lucky to have the use of a classroom set of scooters which have been lended to us from Maiden Gully Primary School. The students have had a fabulous time utilising these scooters from not only learning the basic skills required to glide and scoot but playing follow the leader around school, competing in scooter relays and having the opportunity to create their own obstacle course. Due to the popularity of this program, we will continue Scooter Ed for the remainder of the term.

This week in RRRR's we have been looking at different ways we can solve problems in our everyday lives.  Foundation and I went on an imaginary picnic where they had to help me solve some problems along the way.  Year 1/2 and I played some team building activities to demonstrate the value of working together.  Year 3/4 used a Round About model to help them brainstorm different ways to solve a problem and Year 5/6 used a Daisy model to do the same.
