Well done Noah

'Celebrate what you want to see more of' is a saying that I hold true. Therefore, I want to celebrate one of our students - Noah Lia. Recently I was walking into school and saw some rubbish and stopped to pick it up, immediately Noah walked over and asked if he could help me! We spent some time picking up some rubbish in the area. 

Since then I have seen Noah picking up rubbish he sees and one morning from my office saw him spend 20 minutes walking around the central court yard picking up every piece of rubbish he could find. 

At BHS we talk about Upstanders which is when someone sees something is wrong and then acts to do something about it. Noah has taken that concept on and we think it is wonderful. 

Noah - thank you. Your simple act of giving up your time and thinking about the wider community that you are such a positive member of, is greatly appreciated. Well done.
