CLAY TARGET SHOOTING CLUB

Welcome to 2021

We welcome any new students who would like to come along and try this activity.   No previous experience is needed and a shooters licence is not required whilst students are under supervision at a Gun Club.  

We do have guns that students can borrow at the club, but as a safety precaution, in the present climate, we do need to spend a little time sanitizing them after each student use.  

We are hopeful that the interschool competitions will resume later in the year, so that our students can put their skills to the test against students from around the state.  

We are fortunate that we will be able to schedule two training sessions later in the year to be conducted by one of our Australian Olympic Competitors from the Rio Olympic team.  This is a unique opportunity for any of our school team members. 

Any students interested and would like to give this sporting opportunity a go, please come and have a talk to Mr Box, Mr Bennett or Mr Blaxland in Staffroom 1.  

We do the activity at Melbourne Clay Target Club after school on Wednesdays.  The cost is approximately $20 per night.

Our Clay Target Shooting team have official uniforms to wear for events and training.
