Year 7 & 10 Immunisations
The Yarra Ranges Council immunisation team provides a free school based vaccination service that offers the recommended vaccines to the students in Years 7 and 10.

The immunisation team will visit our school twice throughout the year to complete the program for Year 7 students and once for Year 10 students.
The first visit is scheduled for:
- Thursday 4 March - Year 7
- Friday 5 March - Year 10
Please read the attached notice regarding Lilydale High School supplying data to The Shire of Yarra Ranges.
If you do not wish for your details to be provided, please contact the School Office in writing before Wednesday 17 February.
The vaccines being offered to students are:
Year 7
- Human papillomavirus (2 doses 6 months apart)
- Tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough (1 dose)
Year 10
- Meningococcal A, C, W, Y vaccine – one injection
Please ensure you read the vaccine information available here and complete all sections of the online consent form.
Please complete the form whether your child is being vaccinated or not
