PFA Update
PFA Annual General Meeting and Volunteer Thank You Event - Tuesday 7 December

At 7.00pm, the AGM will start with a toast in Room MSC3/4. Reports will be tabled, and roles awarded for 2022. All community members are members of the PFA, and all are welcome to share the celebration.
At 7.30pm, the Volunteer Thank you event will be hosted by the School to thank our community for each task large and small. This will be a wonderful opportunity to say farewell to our leaving Year 12 PFA and our much-loved Principal, Mr Charlton.
Community volunteer sign-ups – roles still available
The 2022 PFA and CSR sign-up is open and I encourage you to consider signing up and making the most of the opportunities we have next year to come together.
This sign-up is an indication of your interest. The structure is flexible to meet your needs, and your time is very much appreciated.
With many reconnecting and fun events planned and multiple offerings from CSRs, there are plenty of opportunities across the year to meet people and volunteer with friends.

Welcome to Year 7 2022
Our Year 7 2022 families we will be at Packer Park on Saturday 4 December 4.00 - 5.00pm to meet each other and begin their Senior School journey together.
With the help of student leaders, the students will play get-to-know-you games, and the parents have the opportunity to meet under the rotunda. It’s a great opportunity to meet before the summer break and help our families settle in.
SHUS update
The next Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) is planned for Saturday 4 December. Sign up here to make a booking.
Unfortunately consignments cannot be accepted until next year and the SHUS team are looking to open in late January 2022 with an extra SHUS date. Please keep an eye on KCEE for updates.
SHUS encourages you to sign up as a volunteer as we look to get the service fully operational. A big team will assist planning and operations. Sign up here to volunteer.
Secondhand book list
The 2021 Kilvington Grammar Secondhand Book List is open for you to buy and sell your School books. You will find the booklist for 2022 on KCEE for you to check what is required.
