From the Principal's Office

Mr Chad Harris

Welcome to the end of Term 2.

This has been a busy term where the last week has seen us celebrating Naidoc activities K-6. The week has been filled with quality activities that showcase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island culture and traditions. The pride shown in the faces of our students singing the National Anthem in Dharawal language was truly moving. Thank you to the organising committee and to the community members who participated.

A reminder that reports were sent home this week. Next term we will be conducting three-way conference. These are a great way to share in your child’s learning and celebrate their many successes. Booking details are available in the report package.

Work will continue during the holidays on a number of building projects. Flooring will be upgraded in several blocks with new sinks and cabinetry being installed in the Library, C and E blocks. The work will be finalised on the covered walkway and new automated gates will be installed outside the office. Exciting times!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing school community for your on-going support throughout the term. We value the feedback provided along the way and are always evaluating our processes to improve. Have a safe and relaxing break with your families and friends.
