Maths Challenges

Students at Malvern Primary School often work in small groups on challenging, complex mathematical problems. They learn about reading questions carefully, working with others to plan strategies and think about what tools and resources might be available to assist them in seeking a solution. They then work collaboratively to find solutions and share what they have learnt with their peers.

Some of our Year 6 students have been working on challenging maths questions over the last couple of weeks. Check out some of the shots of them in action.
