Our Year 10's have been busily creating beautifully themed birthday cakes in their Food Studies class. Student were give a design brief which they then created and then made into cakes. Below is the design brief students were given:

You have been approached to cater for a child’s birthday party for 11 (guests and host) which requires you to CONSTRUCT a plan for the event and provide a party cake that matches the style and theme of the party.
