Note & Consent Communication

As you would have noticed, this term, we have introduced Microsoft Office Forms to compile excursion/event notes and consent forms. By doing this, we can send the link and QR code directly to parents/carers without notes being misplaced. We hope you have been finding this new and improved system beneficial to you.

Any forms for completion will be sent out via Compass, where you will receive a notification by email and/or phone notification.

We have two consent forms circulating at the moment. They are our Local Excursion/Media/Images Consent and our Students' Online Third Party Consent.
