Harmony Week

Throughout the year, our Centre gives focus to events that are celebrated amongst the wider community.  Over the past few weeks our teams have been exploring their thinking around 'Harmony' as 'Harmony Week' is celebrated nationwide.  This week in particular, the teams have been lending their eyes and ears to the concept of kindness and hope.

The Green Team have entered into a project around what kindness looks like and looking for signs of it throughout their days.  The project has reached beyond their thinking and has been extended to interconnect with the Blue and Orange Teams.

Some of their initial thinking around kindness:

Trent - I show kindness through cuddles.

Ezra - Mummy and Daddy hug me because I'm so beautiful.

Hudson - Saying sorry and being gentle.

Ruby - Give someone a kiss.

Dominic - Being careful with my daddy's knee.

Logan C - Kindness is like a rainbow.

Elliot - I'm kind to Mum and Georgie.

Hope - I help Mum and Dad make food.

Mackenzie - I show kindness when I put the books away.

Alby - I give food to the kangaroos.

Harrison - I open the driver car door for Mummy.

Angelica - Help someone fix a problem.

Isla - I cuddle Alby to make him happy.

I pray that you feel a sense of harmony in your homes during these uncertain times and some of these wonderful thoughts at Curiosity permeate your homes :)
