West Beach Wrap

West Beach Soccer Delegate Needed

This year West Beach Primary had 88 students participate in school soccer. I really hope for the families involved that you have enjoyed.

I have been involved now for 4 years and would love to hand the 'soccer delegate' reins over and support someone who is fresh and keen in 2022.

The position involves 6 meetings over the soccer season, some administration and working with the West Beach P.E. teacher and front office staff. It is all a bit of a team effort and communicating with the West Beach Parent Community.

Please email or call if you are interested, I will support you lots and share everything already in place.

I would also like to thank all parents this year who have volunteered their time to coach, team manage, COVID marshal and do first aid. All that you do is appreciated and most of all, the students have had a great time with you! We are doing 'trophy presentation' a bit different this year and not at school assembly, I will however do a small power point presentation and share a special soccer story that is very important you all hear.

Kind regards

Sally Linke

Woodhouse Activity Center - School holidays UNPLUGGED

It’s not OSHC,

Sure, we take exceptional care of 5-13 year olds in the School Holidays so parents can take care of their busy schedule, but that's about where the similarity between Out of School Hours Care and Woodhouse ends.

School holidays UNPLUGGED is a thoughtfully programmed adventure, specifically designed with age-appropriate adventurous activities, guaranteed to keep children SCREEN FREE, ACTIVE and ENTERTAINED for the whole day - and in bed on time that night.

Not to mention it’s delivered by some of the most dedicated, fun-loving, caring and creative people you’ll ever meet… on a magnificent 54 hectare natural wonderland… that’s just 10 minutes up the South Eastern freeway!

JUST $68 PER DAY (Scout Members save20%) covers:

  • Programmed activities and full facilitation (1:9 staff to child ratio) - drop off for 9am start, pick up at 5pm
  • Entry to the property and use of onsite activities and equipment
  • One very good night’s sleep from a very exhausted (and happy) child
  • A lifetime of memories, having made new friends and developed new skills

And, with a different theme each day, there’s an activity theme to suit all interests!
