The last week of fluctuating numbers of new COVID cases could be the cause for alarm for some students (and adults). The consistency of online / remote learning has provided a wonderful sense of normality for school aged students and continues to give purpose and structure to their day. While we are enduring our own hardships at the moment, it is important to pause and reflect on our many blessings as we think about those less fortunate in Afghanistan and Haiti who are each dealing with a different humanitarian crisis at the moment. The thoughts and prayers of our student body and wider College community reaches out to those who are suffering.

Last week saw the closure of applications for those families considering the College for their children who commence Year 7 in 2023. If you currently have a child who is in Year 5 and have been considering the College but have not submitted an application form it is essential that you are in contact with the College Registrar Ms Donna Grech on 8325 5119 or at enrolments@ecmelb.catholic.edu.au as a matter of urgency.

We are hoping and praying for the release of restrictions for the upcoming school holidays. Our next College events are the Twilight Talk & Tour events at each campus in November. Registrations are essential and can be made via the tours & events tab on the right hand side of the homepage of the College website http://www.ecmelb.catholic.edu.au.  We are planning for these events in the hope that they will be permitted to run.
