School Swimming

Congratulations to Anton, Dove and Charlotte, who competed at the District Swimming Carnival last week and made it through to Divisional Swimming.

Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund

For those families who have a current Health Care Card in the name of a parent/guardian, you are entitled to $125 from the Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund.  If you have received this through MPS previously and your details are unchanged you do not have to submit an new form.

For those who are new to MPS or have changed details since last year, please fill out the attached form and return to the school office as soon as possible.  Hard copy forms are available at the office also.

Tennis

Stephen Hoh and Luke Rees have been volunteering their time giving introduction tennis lessons at Marlborough Primary School for our Foundation and Grade 1/2 classes.

Our students completed fun activities involving tennis skills with a racquet and ball.

You can have so much fun learning the the skills of tennis. The skills learnt from tennis can keep you active from a young age right throughout your life. 

If your child is interested in tennis lessons contact Stephen at Zenith Tennis Academy, Heathmont Tennis Club, Waterloo Street, Heathmont. They are local and offer a wonderful, professional service to our local community.

Marlborough Trailblazers

Selected 5/6 students have begun our lunchtime running club . Here is a photo of our first run together. We run the club Wednesday lunchtimes from 12.50 pm to 1.30 pm. Students meet in the OSHC room at the eating bell. They eat their lunch afterwards.  If any 5/6 students still want to sign up, please login to Compass to give permission.
