Fairhills High School welcomes Ayako Woollan our new Japanese Language Assistant. Ayako comes to us through a new program the Department has introduced to provide local native speakers as assistants.

Ayako has already made a huge impact on the learning of our students. She has been conducting one on one speaking sessions in Japanese with VCE students, and produced some engaging and useful resources.

Ayako has assisted in classes, and the Year 7 SEAL Japanese students already have perfect pronunciation due to her modelling in classes.

We are so fortunate to have Ayako in our school.
