Artes Escénicas (Performing Arts)

¿Juras decir la verdad, toda la verdad y nada más que la verdad?

¡Hola! from Artes Escénicas (Performing Arts)

We have to deliver Artes Escénicas (Performing Arts) en español.

We are continuing with Drama this term and are looking and exploring plays in Spanish. The older students have continued to continued their own court scripts en español.

F/1

Another week of fun, excitement and éxito, with such great energy in Artes Escénicas (Performing Arts)! Even from our casas (houses), we were able to describe our personajes (characters) incuding a drawing and words en español. Back at school, we continued to learn about a Spanish play Los tres cerditos y el lobo feroz (The three little pigs and the big bad wolf). We had a recap of el vocabulario(vocabulary). We went through el cuento (the story) and really focused on the phrases and words en español. We then got into our grupos (groups) and chose our own personajes (characters) and began to act out the play en español. ¡Excelente a todos! :D

2/3

Loving the positive energy and excitement during our Artes Escénicas (Performing Arts) lessons! We continued to focus on Juan y el frijol mágico. We all watched a video of the play in español and really focused on the words and phrases en español. We then got into our grupos (groups), selected our own characters and began to talk through and act out each scene en español, using a script. ¡Super bien! :)

4/5/6

Again, fantástico los 4/5/6s during Artes Escénicas (Performing Arts)! We enjoyed learning the process and script of una corte (a court) en español. We watched a short clip from Casos Cerrados to see the process and how it all works in small claims courts en español. We then got into our small grupos (groups) and continued to plan and act out our court case plays en español.
