Meet the Year 4 team

Hello everyone, my name is Lachlan Dixon and I’m really excited to be teaching Year 4 after spending 2 years teaching Year 6. This is my third-year teaching at PPPS and my fourth year of teaching. I am a mad Geelong fan and also love the Chicago Bulls.  When I’m not at school teaching, I love spending my time on holidays with my friends and family. I love going to the beach where I surf and always try to find the nearest golf course.  I can’t wait for another amazing year at Plenty Parklands Primary School.

Hi there! My name is Stephanie De Cata and I am the very lucky teacher of another wonderful year 4 class, 4-30. This is my sixth year here at PPPS and I’m excited to continue working alongside the fabulous teachers in year 4. When I’m not at school, I’m either soaking up the sun at the beach or spending time with my family and friends. I also love to dance and draw. I’ve barracked for the magpies (Collingwood) since I was born and I’m looking forward to watching them beat the Hawks this year. Aside from these things, I am also looking forward to the exciting year ahead at PPPS. Bring on the rest of 2021!

Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie Hughes and I am excited about teaching the wonderful and enthusiastic students of 4-31 this year! I’m looking forward to another great year full of fun and engaging learning experiences. I love travelling and exploring new places around the world. I feel like you can gain so much knowledge from travel and I just love the memories that can be made. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going to the beach during summer. I am looking forward to an exciting year with 4-31!

My name is Jeremy Matheson and I’m really enjoying spending my 11th year at PPPS. This is my third year back in the Year 4 team and I am very excited to be working alongside the brilliant teachers and students in the Year 4 level, particularly my 4-24 class. When I’m away from school I love playing tennis and going to the footy. I’m a very loyal supporter of the mighty Hawks and I’m looking forward to watching as many games as I can this year, because I didn’t see one game live in 2020. I’ve got a very good feeling about 2021 and feel sure that we will have a fabulously productive time in 4-24.

My  name is Nicole Campbell and I  feel very lucky to be entering my 15th year teaching at such a fantastic school like PPPS. This is my first year teaching year 4 alongside Mrs Serollo and we are teaching the wonderful 4-32.  You will see me around the school on a Wednesday and a Thursday. When I am not at school I am very busy at home with my 3 daughters, Willow and Harper (8) and Isla (2). We love to spend time up in Echuca at our holiday house and spend lots of time swimming, reading and riding bikes.  I am a big Collingwood supporter and go to as many games as I can! Bring on a great 2021!

Hello, I’m Stephanie Serollo and this is my eleventh year teaching at PPPS. I have a passion for teaching and learning and I have taught all year levels.  This year I am lucky to be teaching the wonderful students in 4-32 with Nicole Campbell. I am currently working at PPPS part time after having my two beautiful children aged 6 and 4 who keep me on my toes. In my spare time, I love playing with my children, going on family outings to the Zoo or Museum, reading and having a quiet night at home watching a movie with my husband. I look forward to teaching your children and seeing them grow and develop as they progress through.
