Parent – Teacher – Student Conferences

This year our first subject-based Parent – Teacher – Student Conferences will be held remotely via Google Meet, as they were in 2020. This will enable us to manage a large number of meetings effectively and safely. To maximise learning time and to ensure both staff and students maintain skills for learning remotely, classes will be held remotely, online on these days. On each of the days, there will be four classes of 55 minutes duration, running from 8.40 am to 1.00 pm for all year levels. All students will learn from home on these days.

To maximise booking opportunities for families, the conferences will be run over two days, for specified year level groups.  Year levels can only make bookings on the assigned days.

  • Years 8, 9 and 12 (including Year 11s for Unit 3/4 Studies): Monday 29 March, 2.00 pm – 8.00 pm
  • Years 7, 10 and 11: Thursday 22 April from 2.00 pm – 8.00 pm

Details for bookings and the processes have been sent out for the Years 8, 9, 12 Conferences on Monday 29 March. Please note that bookings close on Friday 26 March. Details for the Year 7, 10 and 11 Conferences will be sent over the holiday break.

We strongly recommend that all families attend these conferences. They will provide the opportunity for you and your daughter to meet with subject teachers to discuss her progress to date and, most importantly, her next learning steps and strategies for maximising progress for the remainder of the year.
