Did Someone Say Pizza?

In Term 2, the Food Technology course provides students with the opportunity to explore new flavours and recipes based on a wide range of international cuisines. During the production class, students made Vegetarian Ricotta Pizza.
Students prepared the dough from scratch, then topped the pizzas with delicious, tomato, capsicum, egg plant, ricotta cheese, zucchini and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. The pizza made a very appetising lunchtime meal for all. Well done everyone!
