CHANGES TO CSEF FUNDING FOR 2020

Have you received a health care card between 14th April and 5th October this year?

If you have, you may be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF). You need to hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent.  Payments will be made at 50 percent of the current standard rate.

These payments can be used for excursions, sports uniforms, sport activities and camps

To read more or access an application form, please visit  https://www2.education.vic.gov.au/pal/camps-sports-and-excursions-fund/policy

(this site has many translations available as well), download the form here or pick one up from the College.  Once completed please return to the Office before 20th November, 2020.

For 2020 the use of CSEF funds has been extended to include voluntary payments to the school.  If you are interested in using some of your funds for this, please contact the College.

If you have any queries or need assistance please contact us on 9359 1166.

PARENT PAYMENTS FOR 2021

The College's Fees and Charges for 2021 have now been approved by our School Council.

The amount charged to families assists in covering the material and consumable costs of delivering our programs.

The College Parent Payments for 2021 can be downloaded here.

Any families who paid in full for 2020 Optional Item Subjects for a Year 11 or 12 student will have a full 25% credited towards their 2021 Parent Payments.

If families pay the full fee amount before the first day of classes, the College will offer a 10% discount of the total fee amount. Any money paid after the first day of classes will not incur the 10% discount.

Families have the option of paying at the general office, by direct debit or via CompassPay. Banking details are provided on each statement/tax invoice.

Shortly, you will receive your family's statement, along with the booklists and other information.  If you have not received this by the end of November, or for further information or assistance please contact the College Office.
