Parent, Staff and Student thanks to Jenny Ross, Canteen Manager

A number of parents, staff and students wish to express our appreciation to our beloved canteen manager, Jenny Ross, who is leaving our school.

Over her eight years, Jenny has contributed so much to our school community. She has worked tirelessly to provide healthy, affordable, safe and fun food options for a socially and culturally diverse school community. Jenny always ensured that children who didn’t bring lunch from home didn’t go hungry – a great example of compassion to others. 

As a measure of our gratitude, we are compiling an ‘appreciation book’ containing messages from parents and students.

From tomorrow until end of term, students will be asked in class to contribute. Parents and teachers are also invited to contribute. The book will be presented to Jenny after her overseas trip.

If you would like to contribute a message or a photo to the book, you can:

• Pass these to your child’s teacher or the school office by end of term; or
• Send these electronically to Lindus Conlan at lindusc@gmail.com  by July 12th

The book will also be available for signing at the School office from Friday until the first week of the new term.
