Early Departures 

It is preferable that all private appointments for students, including medical appointments, are made outside of school hours. 

Early pickups cause a lot of interuptions during the day. We don't want to be interupting the teaching within the classrooms; this is very distracting for the students and teachers and does not support the students. 

Just a reminder that we would like all children at school every day for the whole day to ensure that they are learning and progressing so an early pick up should not happen often and should really be avoided.

If you need to pick up early, you are required to notify THE OFFICE in the morning via phone (85606079) or email:

(dohertys.creek.p9.co@education.vic.gov.au)

This ensures we minimise disruptions and we can aim to have your chilod waiting for you when you arrive.
