Foundation Maths
Term 2
The Year 11 Foundation Maths classes spent the end of Term 2 finishing off their measurement unit. In this unit students learnt:
- How area and volume are used to work out how much paint they would need to paint the inside of house
- How to use scale to hand draw house plans
- Discussed what has influenced house prices in our local area over the past few years
- Explored a landscape program that allowed them to create their dream yard
