Canteen is back for Term 1.   Orders need to be placed via QKR before the cut off the day before at 1.30pm. 

The canteen will not be open on Wednesday 15th February (Meet & Greet) or Friday 3rd March (Fete) 

When you first log into QKR for the year you will be prompted to update your child's class.  This is very important to have correct as this is where their lunch will be sent each canteen or special food day. 

Please remember that Sushi can only be ordered on Wednesdays.

Golden Nuggets Bakery are again helping us out with our bakery items until Stewart's Bakery is back up and running (hopefully in a few weeks time)

Dim Sims are back on the menu but unfortunately our lasagnes are out of stock at the moment.

As of the 1st of February many single use plastic items have been banned in Victoria.  Although we don't use many of these items we have been transitioning to wooden cutlery as of late last year.  The current juice and milk boxes that we use which have a small plastic straw attached have an exemption until January 2026 so that the manufacturers have time to find an alternative. 

If you would like to volunteer in the canteen during the term please pop in and see us in the morning or email canteen@buninyongps.vic.edu.au  We need 1 volunteer on Wednesdays and 2 - 3 on Fridays from 11am - 1.15pm. 

A current working with children's check is required and you need to sign in at the office when you arrive. Our little canteen can not run without the help of our wonderful volunteers

Teri and I are in the canteen every morning serving Hot Chocolates and coffee before school. Don't forget that you can purchase 10 hot chocolate vouchers on Qkr and then receive 1 free. 

Eftpos is now available for Hot Chocolate and Coffee purchases.
