VCE Information Night and Year 7 Information Night

It was wonderful to be able to welcome many parents at our recent VCE and Year 7 Information evenings. For those who wish to refer to the VCE Information evening details or the Year 7 Information Night details, the PowerPoint presentations are now available to parents in the PAM Knowledge Banks in the Parent Information folder.

2022 Awards Assembly

Last week we celebrated the achievements of the Year 12 class of 2022. Our College Dux, Andrew Vasiliou, gave an outstanding speech. Below is a very pertinent exert from his speech:

“What I want you to take away today is a message of hope; don’t lose it. We all have areas requiring improvement but if you work with your teachers and embrace adaptability, you will reap the benefits. Your teachers are there to support you, not spoon feed you. Take advantage of their expertise but know when to go that extra mile to get ahead. Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson once said, ‘there is no greater education than one that is self-driven’ and I could not agree more.”

I congratulate Andrew on his outstanding achievement of an ATAR of 99.7 and on his excellent ability to make a motivating speech!
