OLNA

This year's OLNA commenced on Monday 27th February with the Year 11s and 12s. Unfortunately, on Thursday students were unable to complete their Reading component due to system issues.  This is being rescheduled to Tuesday 7th March at 8.00am.  The Numeracy component will be completed on Wednesday 8th March. 

 

Year 10s who are still required to sit their OLNA will complete this in Term 2. 

 

Interim Reports and Parent Interview Process

Interim Reports and interview booking process details will be emailed to parents on Wednesday 29th March. The interview booking process will become available on Thursday 30th March, 6.00am through until 8.00am Wednesday 5th April

 

Parent - Staff interviews – Thursday 6th April 2023

Normal classes:                Period 1- 2

Recess:                                 9.40am – 10.00am

 

Face to face interviews as booked (Gymnasium):

                                                10.00am – 11.40am (5 minute interviews, 1 minute change over)

 

Lunch:                                  11.40am - 12.10pm

 

Face to face interviews as booked continue: 

                                                12.10pm – 1.40pm (5 minute interviews, 1 minute change over)

 

Teacher break:                  1.40pm – 2.00pm

 

Phone Interviews as booked (staff to contact parent/guardian):

                                                2.00pm - 3.10pm (5 minute interviews, 2 minute change over)

 

Student Arrangements:

  • It is expected that students are in attendance at the face-to-face interviews with their parent/guardian.
  • Once student’s interviews are complete, they are eligible to leave to the College following the standard leave processes.
  • Students not having interviews are eligible to go on leave from 10.00am, following the standard process. Boarding students will use REACH as normal and Day students leaving early must provide written permission (email or note) with specific details of their departure and travel arrangements, by no later than 8.00am Thursday 6th April. 
  • Students not having interviews and remaining at the College until the close of the day (2.25pm) will be supervised by staff. 

Timing:

  • It is important that interviews run to schedule.
  • Please be aware of who you are meeting with so as not to impact on other parents’ booked times. If you require further time to discuss your child’s progress, please arrange an additional meeting time and date with the respective teacher.  Thankyou for your cooperation.
