Hot Cross Bun Orders
Hot Cross bun orders have gone home with student last week.
They are due back by Thursday 23rd March. If you require further order forms they can be collected from the office.
Clean Up Australia Day
On Friday 3rd March at 2.30pm our school will be participating in the Schools Clean Up Australlia Day.
The Environmental Captains and House Captains will be organising the day with bags and gloves for students and staff.
All staff and students will assemble out on the oval in front of Darryl’s shed at 2.30 where the house captains and environmental captains will go over what is going to happen.
Each PLC group has been assigned an area to clean.
F-2 will stay within our school boundaries. Areas 1,2 and 3
3 /4 – over the back fence and around area 4 and kinder.
5 /6 – Walk through the H.S. oval and across to Balfour Park and return along school road, picking up as you go.
Each group will be accompanied by 4 members of our student leadership team. These leadership members will have coloured rubbish bags for each of the house colours. Any rubbish students pick up can be placed into the bag belonging to their House colour.
All teams will meet back at the oval by 3:15pm to place bags of rubbish in front of the house banners.
The house with the most rubbish collected will be awarded our perpetual trophy.
Students may wear house colours on the day.
Whole School Athletics
Tuesday 14th March
There will also be a Pizza Roll Fundraiser running on this day. Watch out for further information that will be coming home soon.
