BUON NATALE e BUON 2022!/ Merry Christmas and Happy 2022!

And here we are..... time to say ARRIVEDERCI to this dense and eventful 2021.

Students, teachers and parents have all worked incredibly hard, juggling lockdown, work, family and remote learning (again!!); kids went back on site and adjusted to the "new" normal with its idiosyncratic features. We should be very proud for what we have achieved and learnt over these months and how we have travelled through "the tempest".

From my ANGOLO ITALIANO, I am very proud of the work that ACPS students have done this year, considering the interruptions, the anxiety, the uncertainty and the difficulty of learning different languages (both Italian and Auslan) in a remote setting.

I also want to acknowledge the parents and guardians who have done a fantastic job supporting the language program, helping out their kids to start and complete tasks, uploading activities and encouraging them to "give it a go!".

GRAZIE, you have been superstars!

As you know, I will be leaving ACPS and from February, I will relocate to Savona, my hometown in Northern Italy, to live there for a year. It has been a huge and not easy decision but I am confident it will be a great opportunity for my family, and in particular for my young daughters, to spend some time with the family and learning about Italian culture, history and language.

I will treasure the great time I had at ACPS over these 4 years, the joy of working with supportive staff and students who showed positive manners and ethics, loved learning about the world, different cultures and languages.
