First Aid

Medication

If your child has had medication stored in the First Aid Office, we would ask that this be collected by Wednesday 15 December. If this medication is not collected and will be out of date before Term 1 2022, it will be disposed of through the local chemist. If you wish to continue to have medication held in the First Aid Office for future use, we will require a new Administration of Medication form for the 2022 year, which can be downloaded through the Parent Portal and returned to the College. The First Aid Office will be open from 8.15am - 4.15pm, Monday to Friday until Wednesday 15 December.

Medical Care Plans

All students returning to the College in 2022 will be required to submit a new medical care plan for conditions such as, but not limited to, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes or Epilepsy. All plans must include a current colour photo, clear instructions from the treating doctor and the Doctor’s signature.  All plans must be current (less than twelve months old). Most of these plans can be downloaded from the Parent Portal.

Kogo – Charity Knitting

A huge thank you to all Oxley community knitters who have handed in knitted items for kogo. We have drawn to an end for our 2021 charity knitting drive, but please continue to hand in your knitted items for charity as they will be stored and then displayed on Open Day in May 2022.

This year we have donated 12 scarves, 47 adult beanies, 22 toddler beanies, 4 baby beanies, 2 shrugs, 4 toddler cardigans, I adult jumper, 1 pair of man’s gloves, 3 pairs of wrist warmers, 1 cowl, 31 toys, 2 blankets and 33 squares.

Office Closure over Holiday Period

The Administration Office will be closed from Friday 24 December 2021 to Friday 14 January 2022 (inclusive).

On behalf of all the Administration Office team, we pray this Christmas Season is one of blessing and peace for you and your family and may the holiday period bring you much rest, relaxation and happiness.

Enrolments

2022

We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible, if you wish your child to be considered for a place.

2023

We are now accepting enrolments for 2023 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren). 

Notice to Withdraw

Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.

It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.
