P&F AGM results...
On Tuesday 9th November we held our annual AGM via zoom. I'm pleased to announce I will be staying on as President for another year. The following people are also making up the executive committee: Chelsie Clinton (Vice President), Julie Hays (Secretary), Julie Quirk (Treasurer) and Megan van den Helm (Catering coordinator). The following people form the general committee: Bec Van Dyk, Tara Hickman, Rachael Asbury, Jeanine Derum, Kerrin Shannon and Georgette Rakotowynen.
It's lovely to see some some new faces joining our team! I thank all our volunteers for their time and support in being on the 2022 P&F committee.
What’s in store for 2022…. We have lots of fun events planned for our amazing school community. A few of the events are: a Rainbow Run event, a Ladies Night, Walk to School Day… and more!

Online Trivia Events ....
Our Online Trivia events were a huge success!! The Online Trivia night, the Online Raffle and the Online Silent Auction combined raised a whopping total of $5285! We'd like to thank our wonderful Community for supporting these events. Whilst we have no benchmark for this sort of online event, we were really pleased with such a big profit! All this money helps to pay for the amazing improvements you've seen around our school lately with the playgrounds and grounds works. Congratulations to all our winners.
I'd like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Trivia Sub Committee for all their hard work in preparing the wonderful items to make these Trivia Events a huge success: Kelly White, Ruth Scott, Tara Hickman, Meagan Van Den Helm and Chelsie Clinton. They have invested so much time to collect such wonderful donations from companies in a very difficult year. They've had such patience and resilience through all the changes that happened to the Trivia event. Our school is lucky to have such dedicated volunteers like you! Although not on the committee, thank you to Annika Loci also for her help and support.
Disco...
Rescheduling the disco for later this term is still our priority. It just might look a little different than originally planned, but it will still be loads of fun for the kids! Mr Bradley is helping us to organise this around covid and we will communicate any details with you as soon as we know anything.
Christmas fundraiser...
Thank you to everyone who purchased a Gingerbread House or Christmas Cookie kits. The orders have been places and your fresh goodies will arrive early in December.
