Hello to everyone.

The Year 7-10 girls are back at school and the sounds of laughter have returned. Welcome back everyone! Ester Junior (EJ), the cat, is slowly bringing herself out of hibernation and enjoying the sunny lunchtimes with the many girls who are wishing to re-acquaint with her.

The beautifully landscaped area outside the new Tullow Centre has been welcomed by all girls, who enjoyed their first recess break in the sun (please see the photos below). The most obvious difference in the school is the lack of excursions on the calendar so, as we move towards Term 3, we plan to ensure that activities that can occur will be bigger and better than ever before.

Preparations are already underway for Brigidine Day - with the hope that we can ensure that all girls, and especially Year 12s, have many memories to cherish. Memories of 2020 that are not relating to COVID19 and lockdown. St Vincent de Paul members have been in touch and are asking for us to continue our annual non-perishable food drive, which is connected to the Poor Person's Mass. Each Homeroom has a basket for donations for the St Vinnie's Foodbank. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Again, welcome back. It is fabulous to see everyone again.

With best wishes

Ms Loreto Cannon
