Park Bar on Carlisle Street is a new restaurant serving authentic and delicious Japanese and Korean food. 

From fresh sushi rolls and soup, to curries and bibimbap (bimbim rice), there’s something on the menu to tempt all tastebuds at this local eatery, where cabinets overflow with ready made delicacies. Take a seat to peruse a menu made from the freshest produce to create dishes such as chicken curry, crumbed chicken cutlet and Japanese style curry. Or delve into stir-fried pork and beef with homemade Korean BBQ sauce and sides of zucchini, mushroom, carrot and pickled radish. 

Vegetarians are well catered for with choices like deep-fried agedashi tofu, veggie bibimbap and a side of kimchi fried rice; or grab a DIY sushi set to take home with seaweed, salmon sashimi, vegetables, chicken, avocado, tuna and sushi rice. 

We have fusion Korean and Japanese bar menu from 6pm Wednesday to Saturday and functions are available with a set menu. Vegan and gluten free dishes are also available. 

Park bar has $6 drink deal with any main meal during lunch time. This includes a selection of wine, beer and house sake everyday during lunch time. 

Park bar offers 20% student discount between 3 to 5pm Monday to Friday and
