Join SKiPPs parents, Rose and Romy as they take you on a chakra movement and sound journey for all your senses in a unique 2 hr immersive workshop on Sat 4 March at 1pm. Energise and connect in a 70 min chakra dance journey from the base chakra, our foundation to our spiritual crown, through meditation, guided visualisations, chakra resonant music & mandala art. 

Feel and connect to the energy of each chakra as we connect back to our bodies, and donor the beauty of who we are through the dance. 

Then snuggle and relax as Romy guides you in a 45 min restorative sound spa journey, as she creates and weaves specific sounds and vibrations together to soothe and balance your energy system.  Feel deeply nurtured by the blanket of healing sound as it permeates your body, mind & soul.
