Jade G - Victorian State Champion 2023

We are thrilled to learn that our Year 10 Student, Jade. G, competed and took home, not one, but four medals over the weekend at the Victoria Lifesaving State Titles! Jade walked away with three Gold and a Silver medal. She is ranked #1 and is the 2023 Victorian State Champion for Women under 15.

Thank you to Jade's Mum, Sandy, for sharing the amazing news and photos with us.

Please join us in congratulating and acknowledging Jade's huge achievement, our school community is extremely proud of Jade.

Sarah Huynh - DUX 2022

Earlier this term, our College gathered together to acknowledge our 2022 cohort's High Achievers. In particular, to formally congratulate and celebrate our 2022 DUX, Sarah Huynh. Sarah addressed the College and her speech reminded us to always celebrate our successes, and it's ok to make mistakes, as long as you learn and grow from that experience.

Here is a small piece from Sarah's inspiring speech:

''To all the students here today, I want you to know that you are capable of achieving great things. With hard work, perseverance, and resilience you can overcome any obstacle that comes your way. I encourage all of you to embrace the challenges ahead and never give up on your dreams. Celebrate all your successes no matter how small they are and always learn and grow from your mistakes. And most importantly, believe in yourself. Believe that you have what it takes to succeed, and trust that you will get there with each step you take.''
