Maths Competition

The Australian Maths Competition – All students welcome to participate!

The Australian Maths Competition (AMC) will be held on Thursday July 30th during period 1.  Location at RSC to be confirmed.  

Please note that it is compulsory for STEP students to participate and no payment is required. The competition cost has been covered by the annual STEP levy fee.

The AMC is an engaging 30 problem competition that demonstrates the importance and relevance of mathematics in students’ everyday lives. The competition provides an opportunity for all students to gain a measure of their own achievement in an external assessment situation. There are prizes on offer and certificates will be presented to all students who participate.
