Sit Properly!
Grade 3 to 6 have been studying and checking their posture while sitting at a desk during online learning.
This is how you should sit –
This is a photo of some of our very straight backed students (remember to keep your back against the back of your chair) –
And these are our students’ symptoms of poor sitting posture –
If you don’t sit properly your back will hurt.
If you sit too close or too far from the screen your eyes will hurt.
If you slouch in your chair you will feel tired.
