Junior School Nativity – Dec 2

We are delighted to have our JDC perform a nativity play in our final Christmas Chapel this year. Students will also enjoy a variety of carols and fun Christmas activities. The performance will be held on 2 December from 8.40am – 9.30am and we invite Junior School families to attend and celebrate the start of the Christmas season with us. 

Prayer for Community Action

God of all mercies, we honour you for our creation and for all the blessings of this life. 

We pray your favour on all who seek to build and enrich community life, all who work to strengthen society. 

We pray for those who safeguard public health and minister to the sick; for those who provide for the welfare of the young and care for the elderly and infirm; for those who serve in local government, administer the law, and preserve the peace; and for those who work in emergency services to respond to community needs in times of danger.

Amen.  

Oaktree Christmas Carols in the Garden

Please mark Saturday 3 December in your diaries as Oaktree Church invites the Shelford Community to Carols in the Garden. There will be a petting zoo, food truck and wonderful carols. Bring a picnic mat and get your voices ready to sing!
