The Uniform Shop’s last day of opening for 2022 is Monday 28 November - reopening on Monday 23 January 2023.

BeReal

You may have heard about an app that has many of our students engaged at the moment. BeReal is challenging the expectations of other social media apps to be "more real", and "in the moment". The BeReal moment is randomised daily, however, every user and their friends get asked to "BeReal" at the same time on any particular day.

One of the largest issues arising but fueling the use of the app is oversharing. These questions may help in guiding proactive protective behaviors. 

• Is it a big deal if you don’t post every day... how can we set boundaries with our friends about this?
• What is oversharing? Do you notice your friends oversharing? How could this be perceived by others?
