Volunteers needed

Democracy sausage time. Now with cupcakes!

MGSC will be a voting centre on election day, Saturday 26 November. The PFA will run a sausage sizzle which proved to be successful fundraiser at the Federal election.  Baked goods - cupcakes - are being added to the offerings. 

 

Bakers unite. Your help is require!  Donations of cupcakes would be appreciated. 

Guidelines are: 

  1. Keep it simple – no fresh cream or ingredients that require refrigeration
  2. Full ingredient list to be provided wtih contribution
  3. Deliver to school in a sealed container and dropped off at the office on Friday 25 November. There will be a table provided. 
  4. If you do not deliver in a disposable container, unwashed labelled containers will be returned to the table for collect on Monday 28 November (please label any containers that are to be kept for collection)
  5. There is no limit on numbers for baking – make as many as you would like

Donations of items - sausages, bread, most welcome too. Or come and vote at MGSC on the day and buy a sausage and cake. 

Second-hand uniforms

The second-hand uniform shop is preparing for our new students join us in Headstart and at year 7. Items for sale or donation can be left at the general office, labelled with contact details. The shop is open Tuesday 2.45pm to 3.45pm and Friday 8.15am to 9.15am. The last day for general sales is Friday 9 December.

 

Year 6 Orientation - Tues 13 December - Special sale day

There will be extended hours to assist our new Year 7 families on Orientation day - 2pm to 4pm.  Volunteers to assist would be appreciated. A WWCC is required.  Sign up using this form:  MGSC Orientation Day Uniform Sale

Second-hand book buy and sell 

The PFA's Facebook page for the buying and selling of second-hand books is now active.
