Mentone's Got Talent 

Year 8 have been curating their hip-hop dance moves during PE lessons this term with lessons from certified hip-hop instructors. After creating their own routine, one team was chosen per class to compete to showcase their skills at the Mentone's Got Talent Competition on Friday 4 November.

On the day we had a great turn out, each team wowed the audience with their two steps and dougie's. It was a tough competition, the judges Ms Dixon and Ms Molina were watching closely and awarded points for choreography, costumes and aesthetics. The following teams placed:

1st - Jaz, Alice, Millie, Elsa and Laura  - 8A

2nd - Alexis, Mia, Madi V, Madi M and Vikki - 8F

3rd - Pip, Madi M, Miranda and Taylor - 8H
