Grampians Writers Short Story Competition
Students were invited to submit entries for the Grampians Writers Short Story Competition. Entries needed to be inspired by the theme of 'Dream'. This theme could be interpreted in any way students liked.
We are so very pleased to announce that Grady McCourt of Year 9 won first prize in the Junior Division (Year 7-9) for his story titled 'True Dreams Come to Life'.
Grady's story received glowing feedback from the judges who said that they found it an 'easy winner'.
Well done to Grady! We are so proud of your achievement!

Textiles
Two Year 10 students have just completed their Textiles projects for the Term.
Eh Ku, (pictured wearing her creation), has been working during some of her lunchbreaks to finally complete her Year 10 Textile's project. Her brief was to make a dress that reflected her Myanmar culture.
The second garment was created by Jessica Dunn, who also worked industriously to get her project finished.
Fantastic end results!
