2018 Fun Run Fundraiser
The Parents & Friends Association are extremely proud to announce that as a community we raised $7,500 at the 2018 Fun Run. Thank you to everyone who participated or sponsored runners. I am looking forward to seeing the new outdoor Dunhelen Table Tennis Recreational Area.
A big congratulations and thank you to Harper G who was our highest fundraiser from Fairview and to Suveer C from Cumberland. To show our appreciation you will be receiving a voucher. It will be distributed to your Homeroom teacher. ENJOY!
Moonlight Movie Night
Our first event for the year is our Moonlight Movie Night. Come along and enjoy 'Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle'. The movie will screen at 8.00pm on Friday 15 March at Aitken College on the sports field behind the Gym. Tickets are $10.00 each or 5 for $45.00 and children 3 and under are free! Pack a picnic dinner, blanket and enjoy a great night out under the stars. You are welcome to bring a chair but we ask that you are mindful in your placement of the chair, as there will be a lot of people sitting at ground level and we would not want their view to be blocked. There will be popcorn, fairy floss, drinks, coffee and ice-cream available for purchase.
Please complete the attached order form and return it with full payment to the Accounts Office by Friday 8 March. (see attached flyer)
Community Business Directory 2019 Fundraiser
Many families in the Aitken College community manage or own a business. Each year as a Fundraiser the Parents & Friends Association compile a community business directory to provide a way in which we can support local business. The 2019 Business Directory will take effect from the commencement of March for a 12 month period. Aitken families may purchase a space for $50.00 to promote and advertise their business. You can find the Business Directory on the College website and in the newsletter. Please support this fundraiser by completing the form below and returning it to the Accounts Office with your payment by 16 March 2019.
