Health Care Card CSEF Applications

APPLICATIONS CLOSE 21st JUNE

If you are a Health Care Card holder, please ensure that you have applied for the 2019 Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund. You must reapply every year. To apply, please bring a copy of your signed Health Care Card to the office and complete the 2019 CSEF form.

Fees

At HPSC we offer a range of different payment options for parents, including

- Cash

- EFTPOS

- Direct Debit Payment Plan via debit/credit card

- BPay (please contact the school for your BPAY details)

Student Absences

Please remember it is your responsibility to contact us to provide an explanation for your child's absence from school, and where possible, please inform us in advance of upcoming absences.

If your student is going to be absent, please

• Call the Absence Line 03 8795 9455 before 9am OR
• Log the absence through your Compass Parent Portal
