Athletics Training
Students are reminded that Athletics Training is on next Wednesday 2 August from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. Students are asked to meet promptly on the gym steps. Any questions see Mr Mason or a PE staff member.
ACC Basketball All Stars
Students in Year 10-12 who are interested in trialing for the ACC All Stars team are recommended to nominate in the below link. Students are reminded that the standard of basketball is very high and students who are playing at a high level are the only students recommended to trial. If you have any questions please see Mr Mason.

Competition Dates
This inter-association competition is endorsed by the WA Football Commission. The boys’ ACC team will play against the School Sport WA (SSWA) team in a full game (Date/Time/Venue TBC). Positions are open to male AFL players from Years 10 – 12. **Players MUST be of representative quality and capable of playing at U19 level**
Commitment
The commitment required by the players is low. Players are required to attend selection trials and if they qualify for the team, play the game against SSWA. Trial dates/venue will be announced once scheduled. Any other commitments are at the discretion of the coaching staff.
Congratulations!
Congratulations to Marcus M (Year 9) and Aaden K (Year 7) who have been selected in representative SSWA State Teams.
Marcus has been selected in the Western Australia State 16s soccer squad to play in Canberra, 10 -15 September.
Aaden has been selected to represent Western Australia in the 2023 Swimming 10-12 Years Championship in Sydney 21– 27 August.
Well done to both students and we wish them all the best in their competitions.
Year 10 ACC Football
Students in Year 10 are reminded that trials for the Year 10 ACC Football Team are on next week. Information regarding days will be detailed in the daily notices.
Mathematics Students & The Women's World Cup Winners
All students in my classes have chosen a team that they think will win the 2023 Women’s World Soccer Cup. Each student is given a number and we used a random number generator wheel to decide who gets to pick their choice of team first. This is for Years 8, 9, 10 and 12 maths classes. The winner for each year group will win a prize.
