Amazing - St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal 

Thank you to all families who donated so generously to our Winter Appeal this year. The Faith and Justice Leaders assisted with packaging the 136 snack packs that we were able to  donate to St Vincent de Paul for the Winter Appeal. Tony El-Mourani from St Vincent de Paul collected our donations, together with the blankets that were made during the Winter Sleepout  and some of our Year 6 leaders helped to load the van on Friday 30th June, 2023. Congratulations to all our community for this amazing effort. Know that you have made a significant contribution to social outreach in Sydney.

Term 3 Family Mass and Grandparents Day celebrations

Sunday we celebrated our Term 3 Family Mass and Grandparents Day and what a beautiful day it was! Thank you to all grandparents, parents and students who participated in the mass. Fr Pat’s Homily was a great reminder that we should avoid being ‘weeds’ in our lives. A lovely morning tea followed and it was wonderful to share in the Eucharistic celebration with everybody.

Day Pilgrimage to Mary MacKillop Place - Friday 11th August 2023

We are very lucky to have secured a booking to visit Mary MacKillop Place in North Sydney during the week of her Feast Day. Save the date Friday 11th August 2023 for a day pilgrimage (during school hours) to Mary MacKillop Place.

Men’s Movie Night - Wednesday 30th August 2023

The Botany Randwick Family Educators are hosting a special Father's Day screening of 'About My Father' starring Robert De Niro, at the Ritz Cinema in Randwick on Wednesday 30th August 2023. The Women's Well - Panel discussion on Perimenopause & Menopause

The Women's Well will be hosting a panel discussion on Perimenopause and Menopause at The Royal Hospital for Women on Friday 11th August, 2023 at 7pm in the Lecture Theatre and Atrium.  This is a free event and all are welcome.

Finally, youth pilgrims from around the world will gather in Portugal next week 1-6 August for World Youth Day 2023. Let us keep them in our prayers as they nurture their faith and grow in their love of Christ and his abundant blessings. May they be nourished by God’s word and Sacrament during this life changing journey.
