Cavendish JSC World Cup 

A full week of lunchtime soccer has been completed. Everyone's skill level has been steadily improving and we are seeing some great ball passing and fancy footwork. A number of children have been helping with the boundary umpiring and have done a magnificent job in managing the sidelines.

In the Junior Comp we had only one match this week and it all came down to a penalty shootout between Australia and France. Hopefully the result does not predict the Matilda's match against France this Saturday.

On Monday we will be holding the JSC World Cup Grand Final.

A Senior and a Junior Grand Final Match will be held after lunch play at 2:15pm. Spectators are welcome. The whole school will be there playing or cheering on!

Juniors will have two 8-minute halves and the Seniors two 10-minute halves.
