Now….it’s time to be completely honest, straightforward, no sugarcoating, and to the point…..
WE ARE GOING TO NEED EVERYONE IN OUR COMMUNITY TO HELP OUT!
😀Parents, teachers, grandparents, friends…..we need all volunteer spots filled!
😀Shifts are only 1hr 45mins long. Sign up quick to secure a timeslot that suits you.
😀Volunteers on the “pack-up” team will go into the draw to win a delicious bottle of wine!
Remember, we are giving back to our fantastic community, with all profits going to projects for our kids!
*You will be assigned to a stall or activity on Carnival day, but if there is something specific you would like to be part of (ie: Food / Faicepainting / Market Stalls) then please email jessasz.postprod@gmail.com once you have added your name to a timeslot.
*As we are serving alcohol, we need to know of parents who hold a current RSA. If this is you, please contact Anita at amccarthy@seek.com.au
SILENT AUCTION
We know there's a lot of Centenary Carnival requests coming at you, but you know what they say...it takes a village. And we need this village to make our silent auction the best (and most profitable) ever!
We have managed to secure some fabulous items for the silent auction, but we still need lots more. Maybe you have your own business and could donate a voucher? Perhaps your hairdresser/yoga teacher/pizza maker/personal trainer/barista/friends or neighbours have a product or service they could donate to our auction?
There are flyers printed out in the school office if you need help with requests.
