Unit of Work

Watch me Build it

This Term, our Unit of Work is ‘Watch me Build it’. Throughout the unit, students will work together and learn how to communicate, collaborate and cooperate with one another. Students will see that working towards a shared goal, they can create something amazing! We have been able to get our hands on some wonderful recycled materials from ‘Reverse Recycle’. Our students have enjoyed naming and describing the exciting materials such as foam, rubber and bubble wrap.  

Investigations

This term our investigations will continue to begin with a lesson from the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships book. These lessons support and develop social and emotional learning and promote respectful relationships. We will continue to set up a range of different ‘stations’ and discovery areas that spark your child’s interests and imaginations.
